Kelly goes across and tells them, “You should get your facts right before judging Ed. Sioned’s been abusing him for months, not vice versa.”

Cadno asks if that justifies pushing her downstairs, and Kelly replies, “All I’m saying is that he should have the right to defend himself!” and she walks out.

| Gaynor condemns the use of drugs |
On CwmFM, Gaynor can be heard saying how she deplores the use of drugs, but insists the school must be aware of the challenge that faces us.

Colin and Catrin bring in boxes that have been stored in the garage. He shows her a photo and asks, “Who do you think that is?”

Kelly sits alone at number 10 when she hears a noise outside the back door;

it is Ed, looking dishevelled, and she assures him that he is safe, as Anita is away, but he still looks round furtively.

In the Deri, Eifion has discovered the pictures on CnocCnoc. Anita comes in and sees Mark sitting morosely at the bar;

“It cost me a fortune to get back from Swansea in a taxi!” she complains, “I was supposed to be staying with my cousin in Mumbles, but she and her husband have got norovirus, so I came home.”

Mark is not in a communicative mood.

| Kelly makes tea for Ed |
Kelly has made Ed a cup of tea, and he tells her, “I parked the taxi off the road and slept there. I heard a couple of police cars passing – I wanted to phone the hospital, but I was afraid they would track me. You’re the only one I can trust – they all think I did it, don’t they?”

Kelly reassures him that she will not tell anyone,

and he goes on, “You have to believe me! Sioned could have fallen – or it might be a burglar. There have been times when she made my life so hard – I’ve been scared of what I could do to her, but I stopped myself because I didn’t want to hurt her.

Kelly confirms that she knews that.
Gaynor is sipping wine at home when she is notified of the post on CnocCnoc, and is initially amused to see the photos,

but then exhibits horror when she sees the group photo. She grabs her keys and leaves Llwyncelyn in a great hurry.

and considers that Gaynor could lose her job over this, which makes Eifion laugh.

Anita asks Mark what is wrong with him tonight, and eventually he admits that he has a lot on his mind.

He reveals, “I’ve just found out that I have another sister – or half-sister anyway – called Non. Her mother was Dad’s teacher when he studied GCSE Welsh as an adult – I would rather I hadn’t found out, but I can’t ignore it much longer, as she wants me to meet her again tomorrow – or she’ll tell Mam.”

but he adds, “You don’t want to hear my problems.” On the contrary, she buys him another pint and wants him to get it out of his system.

Gaynor arrives at the chip shop flat and asks Catrin to give them a couple of minutes.

“What do you think you’re doing, putting this up on CnocCnoc?” she rages, “I’m holding a rollie, and there’s a bong in the corner!

“Take them down immediately!” When Colin has done so,

he assumes that no harm will have been done, as he has very few friends on CnocCnoc, and Gaynor snarls, “Thank goodness you’re unpopular!”

Kelly advises Ed that Anita will not be back tonight; “She’ll be drunk in an Italian restaurant in Swansea by now,” she says, “Please change your clothes – because you stink!” and she hands him a T-shirt.

He whimpers that Sioned will make his life hell, but Kelly wonders how things can be any worse than they are now. “I’m not a good person,” Ed confesses, “I’ve done some terrible things!” Kelly replies that Sioned is making him think that, as she always twists things.

Anita tells Mark that it was a shock when she found out about Gabriela, but she is glad about it now, and thinks it might be a good idea to tell Kath. Mark refuses to consider this, and,

Colin describes social media as dangerous,

but Gaynor points out, “No, it’s the people who use social media – well, some of them! You should have thought before posting that – it could jeopardise my job!” Colin is under the impression that now he has deleted them, that is the end of the matter.

Catrin comes in with some bad news, “Miss, there’s something you should see – that screenshot has appeared on the school website –

“it’s been shared by loads of people, and gone viral!” Gaynor is distraught.

Mark has called Non to the Deri, where he informs her, “You probably are my half-sister, but that doesn’t change anything. My mother has been ill, so she comes first.”

Non replies that she knows all about concern for parents, as she cared for her mother in Brecon for nearly five years, and there is no need for Kath to know.

“Then why did you threaten to tell her?” demands Mark.
“I wanted to get to know you and Stacey, not hurt your mother,” she assures him, but he is adamant that will not happen.

Anita is watching from the bar as Non suggests, “We can meet far from here, or e-mail,”

She receives a phone call from the chairman of the governors, advising her that there will be an emergency governors’ meeting tomorrow morning.

She tells him that a member of her family is refusing to talk to her, and he remarks that he is in the same boat – but with his ex-wife.

Ed peers out round the curtains and worries that someone has seen him. “I know that Sioned has some sort of hold over you and the idea of going to the cops is freaking you out,” begins Kelly,

Their conversation is curtailed abruptly as Anita walks in and shouts, “Ed!” He rapidly escapes via the back door.
