![]() |
| "What's wrong, Dan?" |
![]() |
| "Garry is the father of Sioned's baby!" |
![]() |
| "The thought of those two in bed makes me sick!" |
Gethin admits that he is not a great fan of Garry, but he knows one thing –
that Garry thinks the world of her. She replies that she was under the same impression.
Then Mathew arrives, and asks if she is OK, but is told rather abruptly to go and check the mixers.

| "Garry thinks the world of you" |

| Mathew is concerned about Dani |
Gethin continues, “I know you have had a shock, but you and the baby mean everything to Garry. He wouldn’t risk that for a fling with Sioned.
“You have to focus on Garry and the baby now – they are what matters – no-one else.”

| "Stop wittering on and on!" |
Anita appreciates that she is disappointed, but advises that she has to pick herself up and start again.
Kelly frets, “It would have worked – I know it would. An amazing little family of our own. If only I’d given Tyler breathing space – but no, I had to hassle him.
“It was my fault – I’m such an idiot!”

Anita suggests she should go and talk to Tyler, and is sure that Kelly can persuade him to change his mind; Kelly says that he sounded pretty determined.
“Tell him what you’ve just told me,” advises Anita,
but Kelly is still convinced that it is over, and there is nothing she can do about it.

| "I'm going to get him, Mam! |
Her mother points out that she will not, because he loves Dani, his wife, and not her. “We shall see about that!” , exclaims Sioned, then dismisses her mother, as she wants a lie down.
Eileen warns that she is the one who will be hurt in the end, but Sioned is confident that she knows what she is doing.

| "You'll be the one who gets hurt" |

| "I'm staying here with you" |
![]() |
| "I can only forgive you if you've done something wrong" |
“Well, you and the baby are more important than any mistake,” she says;
again he is adamant that he has not made any mistakes, and that she and the baby are his life. He assures her that he would never go behind her back.

| "You and the baby are my life" |
![]() |
| "I believe you – I have to" |
He regrets putting her through all this, maintaining that if he had known what Sioned was planning –
but Dani insists, “It’s over now. I don’t want to hear her name again – understand? Right, it’s opening time.”
![]() |
| "I don't want to hear her name again" |
![]() |
| "Oh, no – not Anita!" |
![]() |
| "Are you sure you're doing the right thing?" |
![]() |
| "That doesn't mean it's the best thing for her, or us" |
![]() |
| "Think it over once again" |
![]() |
| "I'm making no promises, Anita" |

| Sioned is suddenly doubled up with pain . . . |
![]() |
| . . . so calls (not for an ambulance, but) for Garry |
In the Deri, Garry is serving meals at 1:00pm; he looks at his phone, and sees there is a message from Sioned. When he hears that Sioned needs his help, he looks anxious,
but tells Dani that it is from the bank, and that someone has been using his card. “I have to go and see them,” he says, “I won’t be long.”
As he takes his coat and rushes out of the Deri, Dani looks suspicious.

| . . . Anita relaxing in the garden |
“You weren’t planning to come with me?” demands Anita, “Why didn’t you say, instead of making a fool of me like this?
“I’m not coming now!”

| Anita takes umbrage |
![]() |
| "It would be an honour to go with you" |
![]() |
| "Just pick me up in good time, then" |
![]() |
| "It's not your fault" |

| "I don't have a baby" |
![]() |
| "I'll get straight to the point" |
![]() |
| "But you might change your minds again" |
“We wouldn’t do that to you,” Tyler assures her,
“I’m on board and that’s where I’m staying.”
He and Kelly embrace, while a smiling Iolo looks on.

| Another happy reconciliation |

| "There's nothing left to keep you here" |

| "Go and save your marriage" |
Garry sits on the bed and assures her that he is not leaving her;
“I would have been there for the baby,” but she reminds him that is not what he said yesterday. “I would have found a way to be his father,” he insists.
![]() |
| "I would have been the for the baby" |
![]() |
| "She's not fit to be a mother" |
Garry replies that they will always remember; “Our little baby,” whispers Sioned,
and he hugs her, as a reflection of Dani can be seen in the glass;
she turns to go, with tears in her eyes.

| "I'll love it, whatever it is" |
As they arrive home, in jubilant mood, Iolo says he would be happy with either a boy or a girl; “I’ll love it, whatever it is!” Tyler suggests that they should have a couple of cans in the garden to celebrate.
Iolo thinks, “We could text Kelly – ask her to come and celebrate with us!”
Outside, he finds Tyler staring at something in the garden
– a baby, in a cot –
and they look at each other with incredulity.
