In the street, Kelly tells Gethin to meet her in the shed by the pheasant pens, as Morgan wants to smash the pens.

Gethin was under the impression that they were just painting slogans, but she replies, “That won’t stop Eifion – are you getting cold feet?” He wants to talk to this Morgan, but she insists that she is the contact; “If the cops grab you or him, it’s better if you don’t know each other!”
As she continues, “I’m nervous too, but it will be an amazing feeling!”

Gethin is adamant that he must tell Ffion about where he is going, which does not please Kelly; “It’s really important that only the three of us know!” she growls.

In the Deri flat, Garry emphasises that it is important for Dani to drink some water, but she cannot face eating toast; he still is blaming Mathew and accusing him of poisoning Dani,

he decides that they are going to the hospital, and taking a sample of those prawns with them.

Debbie is closing the café, but Josh insists that he will stay and finish his meal;

she asks Ffion, “Did you hear the cops were here yesterday to question him? There have been thefts, including our specials board,” but Ffion dismisses it as a drunken prank.

Josh accuses Debbie of tarnishing his reputation, but he can forgive her under the circumstances. “Mark had no right to tell you – I’m angry because I was trying to find the courage to tell you.

He comments that he is in shock, and so is Debbie, but she accuses him, “You just want a ready-made family”
He insists that if he had known years ago, he would have tried to be a good father, but Debbie stedfastly maintains, “My father was a soldier – he was killed in an accident – it’s the truth!” Josh explains that it is in fact all a pack of lies,

Debbie exclaims, “Well, understand this, then – I’m not a gypsy, and I have no plans to become one! Now go, before I phone the cops to say you’re hassling me!”

In A&E, the doctor thinks it is probably food poisoning, and Garry reveals that he has been looking up things online;

At first he says he is going for a walk, but then admits, “I’m going to a protest at Penrhewl – Kelly wants help to destroy the pheasant pens. She’s in touch with a bloke from an animal rights group.”

Morgan loads his bag with the tools of the trade – including bolt cutters and a large knife;

Garry has been to get himself a coffee, and Dani looks rather troubled; “Gar, they’ve had the results of a urine test –

“I’m pregnant.” He realises that is the reason she was sick, and it was not food poisoning.

Morgan emerges cautiously from the back gate of number 10,

Kelly goes round to see Ffion, and assures her that Gethin and the contact are doing the job; “I wanted to go, but Morgan insisted I stayed at home.”

Ffion asks if this Morgan is to be trusted, and Kerry relates that he saved a scientist’s life at a protest a while ago, describing him as amazing.

Kelly goes on, “We’re thinking of going to Madrid, once it’s all settled here. Do you think I’m jumping in too fast?”

Gethin arrives in the deserted farmyard; he cannot see anyone,

He stops, turns and looks around; a masked figure has appeared behind him.

| . . . and it comes as a great shock |
He is panic-stricken when a hand taps him on the shoulder, then the mysterious figure beckons Gethin to follow him.

It is mealtime at Maes-y-Deri when Josh pays another visit; Debbie is predictably not pleased to see him,

but he says he will leave them in peace after today. “There’s nothing to keep me here,” he begins,

and she is pleased that he has at last come to his senses, but warns him not to try to get Vicky on his side.
Kath urges them to sit down and sort the matter out, but is told by Debbie she should keep her nose out.

Mark still cannot understand why Dol would lie about this, and suggests that a DNA test would prove matters one way or the other.

Debbie stomps off upstairs, and Mark points out that they cannot force her to take the test,

Josh would be more than happy with this arrangement, and Vicky is insistent that he stay in the village until the results are received.

The masked figure leads Gethin into a dark barn;

The masked man turns on his torch, and Gethin asks where Kelly is.
