A parcel has just been delivered to Kelly, and she is pleased that it has arrived at last;

but he suggests that she sends it back.

| Kelly is very hurt |
She looks very downhearted.
In the café, Gwyneth is trying to contact Sioned, but can only get an answering machine.

Debbie insists that Vicky cannot go for an interview on an empty stomach;

Vicky says that she is wearing her lucky skirt, which suits an office admin assistant.

When Kelly arrives for work, Debbie is concerned that her delivery has not arrived yet.

Cadno comes in and orders two large breakfasts;

she is looking forward to the party tonight, but Kelly mournfully tells her that she will be going on her own.

“There’s been a mix-up – that won’t be a delivery until tomorrow,” announces Debbie, and wonders if Cadno likes tinned sausages.

Out by the bus stop, Sioned receives Gwyneth’s text;

“Hallowe’en party in the Deri tonight. Fancy it?”

Then she sees Ed, talking to someone by the door of the chip shop.

“Well, look at you,” she taunts him, “I used to think you were going somewhere, and now you’re working in the chip shop, covered in grease.”

| "You're not good enough for a job in the chippy" |
He replies, “And you’re not even good enough to do that, are you? I know you asked for a job here, and I’m sorry you didn’t get it. You’d better go – you don’t want to break your bail conditions!” Sioned walks away, looking sullen.

| Siôn pontificates about the fridge |
Siôn is instructing Non and Mark on the use of the fridge; “You have to make a record of everything that goes in and out.” Eifion arrives with some vegetables, and is told that they all have to be recorded.

Kath wonders if things were so strict during rationing, but Siôn informs her, “You have to have some order, or chaos will rule.”

Mark is not feeling too well, and Kath suspects that the food poisoning is returning; he goes home to rest.

| Eifion does not want to lose out financially |
Eifion warns Siôn that they are happy to give vegetables, but if people stop buying from Penrhewl, they will not be able to contribute any more.

“You say this food is for whoever wants it?” he asks, and proceeds to grab some pork pies, then sausages.

Siôn is outraged and insists there is no need to be greedy; Eifion is restricted to his pork pies.

Siôn advises Non, “We need to watch people like that who take advantage.

| Rather undernourished 'large breakfasts' |
In the café, Debbie has produced two ‘large breakfasts’ which look rather small,

and Kelly asks how they will serve all-day breakfasts with no sausages. “And we can’t make sandwiches with only half a loaf! You need to think of something, right, because you’ve got run a café without grub!”

They take the two rather depleted breakfasts to their customers,

who immediately notice the paucity of the offering; Debbie blames Kelly for mishearing the order.

Eifion comments, “It’s lucky I took a few pork pies from the fridge in the Antur, or I’d be starving by lunchtime.”

Tyler gets up late, but Iolo has everything under control;

| "I took Greta to the park yesterday" |
“I have something to tell you,” says Tyler, “I took Greta to the park yesterday, and I fell asleep on the bench. When I woke up, she was gone.”

Iolo is alarmed at this news,

| "Gwyneth had taken her" |
but then Tyler continues, “Gwyneth had taken her to change her. I was so angry with her.”

Iolo demands what is wrong with the woman, and is told that it appeared that Gwyneth did not think she had done anything wrong.

| "I'm not sure I believe her" |
“She says she tried to wake me up, but the more I think about it, I’m not sure I believe her,” Tyler adds.

| "I wouldn't believe half the things she says!" |
“I wouldn’t believe half the things that woman says!” is Iolo’s reply, “But how could you be so irresponsible?” Tyler promises that it will never happen again.

Iolo admits, “I’m at fault too – all the pressure’s been on you recently. I’ll get up tonight.”

| "We need a break, a bit of fun" |
Tyler considers that they need a break, to have a bit of fun; they have not spent time together for ages. Iolo is confident they can sort something out soon. Tyler remembers the Hallowe’en party at the Deri tonight, but Iolo thinks it is rather short notice to find a babysitter.
“I’ll sort something out – come on, it will be a laugh!” Tyler tells him,

and eventually Iolo agrees, but warns that if he sees Gwyneth there, he will not be responsible for his actions.

Sitting on the bench near APD, Gwyneth is still trying to contact Sioned, and leaves another message; “I was wondering whether you got my text this morning. Please phone me back.”

At the Antur, Kath is supervising a rack of Awyr Iach clothing when Kelly comes in and distracts her attention, by pretending to be interested in the coats.

“and I can’t believe you persuaded me to help you.” Debbie insists that she only borrowed it, and when she has leftover food, it will go to the fridge.

Kelly is counting the takings, and finds that they are £5 over, and she has counted it twice; Debbie tells her to keep it.

Then there is a phone call, advising Debbie that Mark is ill;

As Kelly urges him to go home and change, Sioned is coming down the stairs, and Kelly warns her not to get any ideas.

When Siôn returns to check on the fridge, Non informs him, “It has all gone, so I decided to clean the fridge.”

He checks in the book, and finds that it has not been written down, but Non has only just arrived,

and Kath tells him it is not her job to watch that stupid fridge. The only person she saw was Eifion with the pork pies.

“There are two types of people when it comes to community projects,” lectures Siôn, “Those who respect them, and those who take advantage.

The Hallowe’en party is in full swing at the Deri; Cadno asks Ed what changed his mind about taking part,

Then Kelly is disturbed to see Sioned walking in; she tells Ed he is not going anywhere, but he replies he has no intention of doing so.

Gwyneth is surprised to see Sioned, and explains she is dressed as the nurse out of Kill Bill; Sioned replies that she looks nothing like her. Then Iolo and Tyler arrive;

Iolo confronts Gwyneth and rages, “What’s wrong with you, taking Greta? People are arrested for less!” She demands who is looking after Greta now,

and Iolo immediately wants to know, “Where’s Gwern? The best place for him is with his father and Dani.”

“Don’t worry about Gwern – you two aren’t fit to look after a child!” snarls Gwyneth, and Iolo assumes that she is jealous of their happiness, while she is on her own, again.

Sioned does not want to be dragged into this argument, and Iolo tells them, “It’s no wonder you’re together – you’ve got no-one else left! Just two bitter bitches – you deserve each other!”

Siôn marches in and accuses Eifion, “I know that you stole from the fridge this afternoon!”

Eifion denies stealing anything,

Cadno points out that they made a generous contribution today, so why would they steal; Siôn is sure of his answer,

Eifion replies, “And I thought it was a community fridge – it’s more like Siôn’s personal fridge.” He and Cadno will think twice before contributing again.
Siôn is unmoved; “You can’t fool me – I know it was you!” Cadno advises that Eifion was with her all afternoon,

Debbie says that there will be jobs in the Western Post tomorrow, but Vicky is just expecting more rejection.

At the Deri, Sioned decides that she and Gwyneth will be drinking tequila, as they have the right to enjoy themselves too.

Gwyneth objects to this tirade, but Sioned simply walks out of the Deri.
